We began by analyzing Tulum’s shifting hospitality landscape — from luxury eco-resorts to global lifestyle hotels — mapping where KAN could stand apart. Competitive audits, trend analyses, and guest profiling informed a strategy that highlighted KAN’s biophilic architecture, sustainability ethos, and elevated community focus. This research became the compass for how KAN should speak, look, and launch campaigns.
The design approach centered on timeless minimalism layered with organic cues. From digital collateral to social media campaigns, every asset reflected the harmony between architecture and nature. Photography direction, video treatments, typography, and palette systems were meticulously curated to ensure a seamless brand experience — one that translated the physical space into a digital and editorial presence.
As creative lead, we directed campaign rollouts across paid media, social platforms, and partnerships with travel, design, and editorial outlets. Development also meant implementing content calendars, optimizing ad funnels, and scaling digital presence while maintaining aesthetic integrity. The result: measurable growth in guest engagement, bookings, and international recognition.
At the heart of the campaign strategy was the idea of living architecture — positioning KAN not simply as a hotel but as an ecosystem. We created photo and video narratives that framed the hotel as both sanctuary and cultural hub. Seasonal campaigns, press kits, and targeted paid ads told the story of a place where sustainability and luxury coexist, solidifying KAN as a reference point in Tulum’s competitive hospitality scene.
